Pope Francis has made the unprecedented last minute decision to send the late qualifying Vatican City soccer team to help clean up the scandal-engulfed World Cup in Qatar.

He expects the team to do quite well claiming that ‘divine inspiration’ has guided him in his quest to strip the desert host of its sins. And at least this way Italy can be represented at the competition in some way!
